If you need to reset the server root or administrator password, please follow these steps:

1. Access LayerPanel.

2. Click Services button.

3. Choose either Cloud Servers or Dedicated Cloud based on your service type.

4. Select the service plan you wish to reset.

5. Click Reset Password button.

6. Input the new password.

7. Click Confirm button.
